Swainsboro always has been a program with great athletes, usually those athletes add up to one thing, wins.
The biggest change this year is at the top with coach Scott Roberts taking over the tiger program. While they did lose a lot of seniors, coach Roberts is happy with the off season work outs and the way things have started in camp. Malcolm Eady is one such athlete Swainsboro possess and he'll move to the quarterback slot. Needless to say it takes more then one to win.
"We have a lot of guys who are really going to have an impact for us this year, and I hate to single out anybody" said new coach Scott Roberts "The only way it's going to be done is if we all do it together"
Then you have somewhat of an unusual scheduel where every game is a region game. Win early, put yourself in the drivers seat and the Tigers know while they may be overlooked, look out.
"Oh yea, we have a pretty tough schedule, everybody is like in the top 10. So we're going to have a pretty good chance to knock off some good ranked teams." said Denzel Cheeks
