ORLANDO, Fla.---Pro golfer John Daly Wednesday missed his pro-am time at the Arnold Palmer Invitational. He now faces disqualification from the tournament.

This comes one day after noted swing coach Butch Harmon said he was through working with Daly because of his behavior last week during another tournament. There are reports Daly used NFL coach Jon Gruden as his caddie and spent Saturday drinking at a corporate tent on the course.

Daly lost his PGA Tour card two years ago and had been invited to play at Bay Hill this week on a sponsor's exemption. PGA rules say anyone who missed a pro-am without a valid reason can't play in the tournament.

The Associated Press contributed to this report.
