McKee movin' on up

AUGUSTA---The Augusta Lynx have taken their first and the season doesn't even start until tomorrow.

One of the strengths of this year's team was going to be depth at goaltender; not anymore. The top netminder, David McKee, has been recalled to the Iowa stars of the AHL. That's the top farm club of the NHL's Dallas Stars.

There is no indication how long McKee will be gone and now backup Nathan Marsters moves into the starting role. Lynx coach Bob Ferguson said it made his decision on tomorrow night's starter in net much easier.
