Stranger gives boy battling brain tumor his first Augusta National tickets

Posted: 04/09/2014 - A child's life is all about the milestones, and today was a big one for one Augusta 9-year-old and his dad. Since 2011, Christopher Thompson has been battling a large and aggressive brain tumor. Tuesday, he held his head high as he took his first steps into Augusta National. News 12's Christie Ethridge caught up with him after his day on the course.

More than 3 years ago, News 12 exposed a widespread problem after we were able to buy expired baby formula, and a lot of it, in Richmond, Columbia, and Aiken Counties. In 2010, every store promised to fix this, but we found the problem is still on store shelves. Once again, we're on your side, asking why the system in place to protect your babies is still broken.
