Our stores are well aware of Rite Aid's policy not to carry outdated products, and we believe this is an isolated incident. We immediately instructed all stores in this area to recheck their stock and have reviewed with our store teams the system of checks we have to ensure merchandise is not sold beyond its expiration date.
