Panic at the pump

You could call it panic at the pumps. Gas stations from Aiken to South Augusta have been dealing with long lines since Thursday afternoon in response to rumors of shortages and impending price hikes.

City bus fuel budget running on empty

The Richmond County transit department says their fuel budget is running on empty. There's not enough money to keep city buses running through the end of the year. The department is asking the Augusta commission for help.
