New law allows Richmond Co. parents to transfer children to new schools
A new law in the state of Georgia allows parents in Richmond County to apply to send their child to another school within the Richmond County School System.

AUGUSTA, Ga. -- A new law in the state of Georgia allows parents in Richmond County to apply to send their child to another school within the Richmond County School System.
The deadline to submit a transfer application is close of business on March 9.
If you decide to transfer your child to another school, you will be responsible for all the costs associated with getting your child to that school.
