Band director accused of having sex with student
The Bamberg-Ehrhardt High School band director is accused of having sex with a 14 year old student.

BAMBERG, S.C.---The Bamberg-Ehrhardt High School band director is accused of having sex with a 14 year old student.
36 year old Michael Miller is charged with 2 counts of criminal sexual conduct with a minor and 2 counts of a lewd act on a minor.
According to warrants, he is accused of having sex with the student in the school's band room. The warrants state the incidents happened in August and December of 2009.
