ATLANTA, Ga.---Georgia's sex offender law has hit another road block. Now the state Supreme Court has ruled the law is unconstitutional because it fails to tell homeless offenders how they can comply with it.
Critics argued the law subjects homeless offenders to a life sentence if they fail to register a home address.
The law was passed to keep sex offenders away from children by monitoring how close they could live to schools, parks, and other places where young people gather.
