Road closures in North Augusta start today

Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2012

NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C. -- Drivers in North Augusta will see some traffic changes starting today along West Avenue.

The closings are part of North Augusta's West Avenue Streetscape project and will last until Friday.

The following intersections will be closed (in this order):

  • Clifton Avenue
  • W Buena Vista Avenue
  • W Pine Grove Avenue
  • W Spring Grove Avenue
  • Jackson Avenue

Each closure is expected to last six to eight hours.

Drivers may want to avoid the area of West Avenue between Clifton and Jackson avenues during this week.
