AUGUSTA, Ga. -- A motorcyclist is in the hospital after an accident on Marvin Griffin Road Friday morning.

The accident happened just before 10:30 a.m. on Marvin Griffin Road at Mike Padgett Highway.

Investigators say the bike stopped short when the car in front of it stopped. That's when the motorcycle hit another car and flipped.
