AUGUSTA, Ga. -- A morning accident slowed down traffic in Augusta Wednesday morning.
A Buick ended up down an embankment next to a gate barricading Daniel Field after a two-vehicle crash on Wrightsboro Road around 10:30 a.m.
Richmond County deputies say a cab driver was turning onto Wrightsboro Road from Magnolia Drive and pulled in front of the Buick, causing the crash.
The cab driver was charged with failure to yield after stopping at a stop sign.
The driver of the Buick was charged with not having insurance and suspended registration.
No one was seriously hurt in the accident.
