AIKEN COUNTY, S.C. (WRDW) -- The Aiken County Coroner’s Office has released the name of the 22-year-old victim in Sunday morning’s fatal crash.
Kirby A. White of Aiken was pronounced dead at the scene. White died of multiple body trauma.
The accident happened around 2 a.m. Sunday. White was traveling north on Wire Road when he left the roadway and struck a large tree.
Speeding and alcohol are possibly involved and the toxicology report is pending.
The South Carolina Highway patrol is investigating the crash.
