JENKINS COUNTY, Ga. -- A one-car accident in Jenkins County killed both a driver and passenger Tuesday afternoon.
The Trailblazer, driven by 68-year-old Henry Horace Wiley, went off Buttermilk Road and hit a tree around 12:30 p.m. The passenger, 86-year-old Arnold West, also died in the crash.
