RICHMOND CTY., Ga. -- Georgia Department of Transportation crews will be working on several projects this week that could affect your commute.

They will be doing some maintenance work on state routes in Richmond County. Drivers are urged to use caution when in the areas. Crews will be out Monday through Thursday from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

The following routes will be affected: State Route 10, State Route 28, State Route 56 Spur and State Route 104 connector.

Maintenance crews will be removing debris from roadway curb and gutter on those routes.

A single lane closure and/or flagman may be in utilized for this work. Motorists should reduce their speed in these and all work zones.
