AUGUSTA, Ga. -- Crews had their hands full Thursday night after a car ended up in the swamp.
It happened along Bobby Jones Expressway near Doug Barnard Parkway around 6:40 p.m.
They say that the driver passed out because he was dehydrated, crossed over a few lanes of traffic and plunged into the water. He was able to get out unharmed.
The car was embedded so deep in the brush that they had to call a large wrecker to pull a car out.
