UPDATE: Lanes of Deans Bridge Road back open after accident

AUGUSTA, Ga. -- All lanes of Deans Bridge Road at Golden Camp Road are back open after two vehicles collided.
The Georgia State Patrol says a driver of a white sedan moved through three eastbound lanes of traffic to make a right turn onto Dover Street from Deans Bridge Road. This is when the driver of a blue car rear-ended the sedan and caused them to end up on the median. The white car's trunk was crushed and the back passenger tire came off.
The driver of the white car was at fault and was ticketed. She was able to walk away without any injuries.
The driver of the blue car was taken to the hospital with a broken hand.
