UPDATE: All lanes of Palmetto Parkway reopen after chlorine leak

AIKEN COUNTY, S.C. -- All lanes of I-520 have reopened as of 5 p.m. Sunday after crews spent most of the day cleaning up a bleach leak.
A tanker truck flipped over early Sunday morning, causing the accident.
North Augusta Public Safety officers say the accident happened around 2 a.m. The lanes were closed for most of the day.
It's on the section of I-520 near Belvedere-Clearwater Road.
Deputies say the driver suffered minor injuries and was taken to the hospital.
