AIKEN COUNTY, S.C. -- The South Carolina Highway Patrol says a tractor trailer and a Ford Mustang collided between mile markers 26 and 27 on I-20 westbound Tuesday morning.
The accident, which happened around 4:30 a.m., caused the tractor trailer to leak diesel fuel onto the roadway.
The Mustang's female passenger was taken to a local hospital for minor injuries.
The Mustang driver is charged with driving too fast for conditions.
The truck driver is expected to be OK.
