AIKEN, S.C. -- The South Carolina Highway Patrol and Aiken County deputies were on the scene of an accident with injuries on Highway 78 Wednesday morning.
The call came in just after 7 a.m.
Jesse Hall was driving a Saturn east on U.S. 78 when a car driven by Emily Crider pulled out in front, causing Hall to hit her.
Crider is said to be at fault in the accident and was charged with failure to yield right of way.
Hall and the two passengers sustained minor injuries. Crider and her passenger did not sustain any injuries.
