Accident with injuries closes Gordon Highway

AUGUSTA, Ga. -- A morning accident closed two lanes of Gordon Highway near Walton Way on Thursday morning.

The scene is clear after Richmond County deputies were called to the 900 block for a crash.

It happened around 4:50 a.m.

Injuries were reported, but dispatch says they do not believe anyone was seriously hurt.
