AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW) -- Three cars, including a Richmond County Sheriff's patrol car, got into a wreck Friday afternoon.

Deputies say the driver of the minivan in the wreck is at fault.

Deputies say a woman was crossing Walton Way at Moore Avenue with stroller and traffic stopped to let her pass. The minivan did not notice the standstill and hit a deputy's car which hit a work truck.

There were no injuries in this accident and no charges pending against the woman jaywalking since she could not be found after incident.
