AIKEN, S.C. -- An accident with reports of injuries near mile marker 7 on I-20 eastbound caused traffic Wednesday morning.
Aiken County Dispatch says the call came in around 5:40 a.m.
Dispatch tells us an 18-wheeler and one other vehicle were involved.
Dispatch says there was no rollover or entrapment.
