EVANS, Ga. - Two Belair Elementary students were charged with sexual battery Friday morning.

They are accused of rubbing up against another male student in a sexual fashion, similar to the incidents with the "Charlie Rape Gang" at Lakeside Middle School.

The male students, ages 11 and 12, will go before Judge Doug Flanagan for a hearing.

School administrators received an email from a concerned parent. Investigators say this had been going on for several days.
