Obama's dream 'super power': Speaking any language

Friday, Aug. 17, 2012

WASHINGTON (AP) -- If President Barack Obama could have any "super power," it would be the ability to speak any language.

Obama discusses a number of offbeat topics in an interview with KOB-FM in Albuquerque, N.M., that aired Friday, including his favorite music, red and green chili and some restaurant recommendations for his hometown of Chicago.

The president says he would "love to be able to speak any language," even though "it might not come in handy to rescue folks from a burning building." Obama says he's a "big believer in making connections with people."

Obama says Beyonce's "Crazy In Love," is a great song to "get my heart rate up," and he also likes Stevie Wonder, Earth Wind and Fire and Jay-Z.

Asked his favorite chili, Obama says, "classic red."
