AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW) -- The process to find a new City Administrator for Augusta kicks into high gear this week.
A subcommittee will meet this Friday to discuss possible changes to the job description. The meeting is being held at the Municipal Building started at 1 p.m.
Last month, Commissioners approved hiring a headhunter to conduct a national search for Fred Russell's replacement. Right now, Deputy Administrator Tameka Allen is serving as interim Administrator.
