AUGUSTA, Ga.---The stakes just got a lot higher in one of the seven lawsuits against a local talk radio host and his station, Rejoice 94.7.
Richmond County Sheriff Ronnie Strength is now asking for $3 million in damages from Ryan B. and his station.
In new papers just served in the case, the sheriff also names the owner of Rejoice 94.7, Frank Neeley, as an individual in the suit.
Back in March, Sheriff Strength filed suit saying Ryan B. went too far when he accused him of murder and using drug money to pay for a membership to the Augusta Country Club.
