State official still guilty

A former state official in South Carolina is still guilty, according to the State Supreme Court.

The conviction of former state controller general and Lieutenant Governor Earl Morris, Jr. was upheld by the state's highest court.

Morris was convicted of one count of engaging in a scheme to commit securities fraud and 22 counts of securities fraud.
