Perdue drops water suit against Army Corps of Engineers

Georgia Gov. Sonny Perdue has dropped a motion to try to force the Army Corps of Engineers to stop the amount of water being taken from Lake Lanier.

Perdue says the fight could start anew if interstate cooperation fails in the battle with Florida and Alabama.
