News 12 spoke with Massey tonight by phone about the big win.
He say he was overwhelmed but very pleased by the big numbers in his favor. Massey says he would like to thank all of his supporters as he says their hard work paid off., but he added his campaign now has even more hard work to do for November.

Right now his plans are to keep hammering away at the same three key issues; economic development, fiscal responsibility and lower taxes.

Massey admits the race in November will be tough against Bill Clyburn but he adds he thinks he can and will win.

He also plans to continue to follow his pledge to run a clean campaign, focusing on the issues important to the voters.
