OYS: Crown sends someone out to home with cracks as more complaints come in

Updated: 04/14/2016 - Crown Communities responds to a homeowners request for help after turning On Your Side for help. Adam Brown said Crown sent someone out to take pictures of the cracks and holes in his home less than 24 hours after our On Your Side team went for work. But now dozens of complaints from other local military families are pouring into our newsroom about their Crown homes too.

A landlord discovered files of social security cards, drivers' licenses and birth certificates in her rental home after she evicted Heather Ward. Ward was the director of Community in Action.
