Keeping Mike Padgett safe amid construction, confusion

Updated: 11/25/2014 - Twenty-year-old Kimberley Kitchens is dead after an accident on Mike Padgett Highway early Tuesday morning. The Richmond County Sheriff's Office said, just before 7 a.m., Kitchens lost control of her jeep, crossed into the southbound lane and was hit by a logging truck.
