EDGEFIELD COUNTY, S.C. -- A couple is back to cooking after calling our Call for Action office.
Alphonso Grace uses his NuWave oven every day.
"The oil drips away from the meat, so it's healthier to eat," Grace said. "It's a marvelous instrument."
News 12's Call for Action volunteers are taking your calls every Tuesday and Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The number is (803) 442-4550.

But Grace was feeling far from marvelous when his NuWave oven fried more than his dinner a few weeks ago.
"It burned out. I had to get a new unit for the top of it, " he said.
Grace says it didn't seem to matter that he had a valid warranty because he couldn't get through to NuWave Oven. For seven irritating hours, he tried over and over again to get in touch with the company.
"I was smoking," Grace said.
Finally, Grace turned to News 12 Call for Action for help. Our volunteer Diane went right to work.
"Keep your paperwork, because it paid off for Mr. Grace," Diane said.
"She called them and about two or three hours later, and oh my God, they were on the phone," Grace said.
In just a week, Grace was back in his kitchen with new part for his NuWave oven.
"If you want to get it done, get Channel 12 On Your Side," he said.
