UPDATE: Knology says most residential services working again

Friday, Jan. 11, 2013

AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW) -- Knology says most residential services should be working correctly at this time.

A Knology employee says they are still troubleshooting their system and are looking for areas that need to be "stabilized."

The company essentially shut down on Friday as it worked to fix a major problem.

The Better Business Bureau says they received at least 50 calls from customers in the Augusta area complaining about not having phone or Internet service.
