Nokia batteries may overheat

The batteries in 46 million Nokia cell phones may overheat.

The batteries at risk are labeled BL-5C and are used in the 1100 series of Nokia phones, among others.

The company says it will replace the defective batteries for free. is happy to provide a forum for commenting and discussion. Please respect and abide by the house rules:
