In this edition of recalls and ripoffs, we're going to tell you about a few things you may need to take away from your children.

The first is something called Tot Tower Toy Blocks. These are stackable blocks with pictures and letters on them. A plastic covering on them could pose a choking hazard to your child.

They were sold in specialty and gift shops from January 2003 through September 2007. If you think you have them, you can contact the manufactuer at 1-800-791-5619 for more information on what to do with them.

Next up are boy's jackets from the Gap. Specifically they are the "Warmest Jacket" boy's jacket sold at Gap Outlet from September 2007 to December 2007.

They have a style number 513573 near the neckline to identify them. The drawstring on the jacket could entrap a child. If you have one, just return it to the store for a refund and a $5 gift card. You can also remove the drawstring and keep the jacket.
