Change of command taking place at Eisenhower Army Medical Center

FORT GORDON, Ga. -- A ceremony was held Monday morning for a Change of Command at Dwight D. Eisenhower Army Medical Center.

Brig. Gen. W. Bryan Gamble is leaving DDEAMC and moving to Falls Church, Va., to take a position as the deputy drector for the TRICARE Management Activity, Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Health Affairs.

At the ceremony on Barton Field at Fort Gordon, Col. Christopher Castle took the command. Castle just returned from Kabul, Afghanistan, where he served as command surgeon for the International Security Assistance Force Joint Command and chief of the Combined Joint Medical Branch Kabul, Afghanistan.
