NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C. -- The lights are coming back on in North Augusta, after rainy weather caused problems early Tuesday morning.
There were reports of a tree falling in North Augusta and traffic lights were out at West Avenue and Carolina Avenue. Our photojournalist in the field says things are clearing up and power is coming back on.
