COLUMBIA CTY., Ga. -- Authorities say there is natural gas leak of a 2" service line on the 900 block of Mitchell Lane in Riverwood Plantation.

They have evacuated two homes near the leak as a precaution.

Martinez-Columbia Fire Rescue is on the scene to keep the area clear until repair crews with Atlanta Gas Light officials arrive.

AGL is en route and are expected any minute.
