AUGUSTA -- Construction is moving forward for a local high school that wants to hold Friday night football games.
An appeal made by the neighborhood next to Augusta Prep was denied Monday night. The appeal tried to block the installation of the stadium lights.
The neighborhood was worried about the bright lights and noise from the games.
The school has compromised on how many games it can host and what time the lights would be turned off.
