AUGUSTA, Ga. --- The muggles and wizards were out Tuesday night gathering at the local movie theaters in Augusta for the midnight opening of the latest Harry Potter movie, "Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince."

Augusta's Regal 20 Cinema in the Augusta Exchange Shopping Center is one of the locations where dozens lined up to get their "Potter" fix.

Some assembled at the theater twelve hours before showtime - the most dedicated Harry Potter fans in the CSRA.

Gryffindors, Slytherins, Ravenclaws and Hufflepuffs were all present, but there was no wizard fight. They were all on one team as they waited patiently in line passing the time with favorite Harry Potter moments from the book and past movies.

Wednesday morning's midnight show was sold out in Augusta and Evans.

The past five Harry Potter movies have grossed a total of $4.48 billion worldwide at the box office. The film will be shown to movie-goers at 4,300 theaters in the U.S. And and thousands more in 64 countries.
