AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW) -- The Shepeard Community Blood Center says it is in "urgent need" of B-positive blood donations.

To donate, you must weigh at least 110 pounds and be 17 years old. You can donate at 16 years old with parental consent.

To donate, visit the following locations:

Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
4329 Washington Road, Evans, GA 30809
Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Saturday, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.; Sunday, Noon to 5 p.m.
353 Fabian Drive, Aiken, SC 29803
Monday - Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Saturday, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
