Increasing the amount of dairy in your diet is a good way to maintain a healthy weight and 12 is on your side with help getting your kids to drink more milk.
The School Nutrition Association found that children will choose milk over other sugary drinks, when offered fun flavors, including strawberry and vanilla.
In a study of students in 300 schools, the Dairy Association found colorful and fun packaging also encouraged children to pick milk over other beverage choices. Experts recommend including at least three servings of dairy food in your day.
