COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) -- Investigators say a woman has been stabbed to death in a parking lot of a McDonald's restaurant in Columbia.
Richland County deputies said officers were called to the restaurant in the suburbs northeast of the city about 3 a.m. Wednesday over a domestic dispute. The woman was found dead with several stab wounds.
Authorities say 25-year-old Faafiu Toese was arrested and charged with murder. Deputies are still trying to figure out his relationship to the victim and why he attacked her.
Toese is being held at the Richland County jail. It wasn't clear if he had an attorney.
