WANDO, S.C. (AP) -- Authorities are investigating a deadly Berkeley County accident that killed two teenage brothers.
The South Carolina Highway Patrol says 19-year-old Matthew Richardson was driving his Jeep on Sunday morning when it ran off the right side of the road and hit a tree.
The driver and his 17-year-old brother, Kevin Richardson, both died at the scene. Authorities say the teens were both from Wando and weren't wearing seatbelts.
Troopers and the Berkeley County Coroner's Office are investigating the crash.
