CSRA (WRDW) -- Officials are urging drivers to stay off roads due to severe weather conditions.
Road crews in Richmond County are reporting trees have fallen down in several areas. The slush that was on roads yesterday is now turning to ice. Trees are collapsing under the weight of the ice covering branches.
Drivers are asked to stay off roads or take extreme caution while out.
