One Richmond County deputy has been fired and two others are now on suspension because of what was posted on their MySpace pages.
The decision was handed down tonight at Augusta's Law Enforcement Center.
"We got violations here, and people violating policy. We absolutely have never had any problem with taking whatever action we deem necessary," Sheriff Ronnie Strength told News 12.
Richmond County policy states that deputies may have MySpace pages, but may not post anything about the department or anything deemed inappropriate.
