A ride is still under investigation as a community asks for help for a girl injured at the fair.
District attorney Danny Craig plans to go inspect the Orbiter ride that went to Wilmington, North Carolina after the Georgia-Carolina State Fair.
13-year-old Desire Northington was thrown from it almost two weeks ago.
The GBI is also investigating any possible criminal charges, and they're looking at News 12 video to see if the ride was possibly running backward.
Meanwhile, Desire Northington is in good condition at MCG.
