One of the women accused of shoplifting, then killing three people on Bobby Jones Expressway at Washington Road has had an arraignment.
Tiara Smith entered a not guilty plea yesterday to charges including feticide, murder, and shoplifting.
Reports say Smith and Nebula McNeely shoplifted from Marshall's department store in Columbia County before causing the crash with a vehicle carrying an entire family.
There's no word on when McNeely will be arraigned.
