As the penalty phase of Stephen Stanko's trial continues, an Augusta woman takes the stand.
Dana Putman described how Stanko told tall tales about his life and business after they met.
She and Stanko spent a couple of days together before her mother recognized his picture in a newspaper.
Putman then turned Stanko in right after Masters 2005.
Stanko was convicted last week of killing his live-in girlfriend and raping a teenager in her home last year in Georgetown County.
Jurors are deciding whether he should get the death penalty.
